1.3 Listings will remain active for 1 year from the date of publication.
2.2 The fee is payable per promotion, covering one listing per platform only.
2.3 To renew a listing after 1 year, the Vendor must pay the current promotional fee applicable at the time of renewal.
2.4 Any changes or removal requests made by the Vendor after listing approval and publication will require an additional fee, which will be agreed upon and paid before implementation.
3.2 After 1 year, the Service Provider reserves the right to:
- Remove the listing unless the Vendor renews it by paying the current promotional fee.
- Make a final decision regarding listing renewal, which will be binding under all circumstances.
4.2 Refunds will not be provided for cancellation, non-renewal, or removal of listings after this period.
5.2 No work will commence during the cooling-off period.
5.3 To cancel, the Vendor must notify the Service Provider in writing or via email within the 7-day period.
6.2 The Vendor retains ownership of their content; however, all creative content (blogs, articles, podcasts, social media posts) produced by the Service Provider for the Vendor will remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
6.3 The Vendor agrees that once content is published, it becomes part of Oraanj’s ecosystem and cannot be removed without the Service Provider’s written consent.
6.4 The Vendor warrants that any materials provided do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
7.2 The Vendor consents to the collection, storage, and processing of their data solely for the purposes of fulfilling this agreement and providing the agreed services.
7.3 The Service Provider will not share or sell the Vendor’s data to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
- Provide accurate and complete information about their products or services.
- Respond promptly to the Service Provider’s requests for additional details or approvals.
- Fulfil all legal and regulatory obligations relating to their products and business.
9.2 The Service Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Vendor for the promotional package.
10.2 Termination will not entitle the Vendor to a refund.
