From Existing Property to Finished Interior

The original property.
The layout felt closed off, the living and dining spaces were separate and the interiors were dated.
Proposed floor plan.
We removed the dividing wall to create an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with better flow and natural light.
Approved CGI.
We used warm, natural materials, a calm neutral palette and layered lighting to create a modern, welcoming space.
Joinery elevation.
Detailed drawings were produced for the media wall, including storage, shelving and lighting, to ensure accuracy on site.
Renovation in progress.
The space was stripped back, structural works completed and new services, joinery and finishes installed in line with the design.
