London Bridge Commercial Workplace

Located in the heart of London Bridge’s commercial district, this project required re-engineering an open-plan floorplate into a high-performance workplace for a fast-growing financial advisory firm. The client brief required a balance between energetic open-plan team desks, confidential boardroom facilities, private executive offices, and a dedicated client lounge that sets an unhurried, professional tone for high-level meetings.

Our spatial layout divides the premises into distinct public and operational wings. Visitors arrive into an architectural reception anchored by a bespoke timber desk with honed natural stone surfaces and recessed plinth illumination. Black-framed reeded glass partitions divide circulation routes from client meeting suites, providing essential visual privacy without impeding natural daylight. Throughout the interior, warm European oak joinery, muted olive upholstery, soft taupe wall treatments, and terracotta accents soften corporate acoustics and support productive daily work.
