2-Week Professional Interior Design
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between the client (“you”, “your”) and Oraanj Interior Design (“we”, “our”, “us”) in relation to the 2-Week Professional Interior Design Guidance service. By purchasing this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Service Overview
1.1 The 2-Week Professional Interior Design Guidance is a short-term advisory service providing professional interior design guidance over a fixed period of 14 consecutive calendar days.1.2 The service is intended to support clients who require expert clarity on design decisions before proceeding with renovations, furnishing, or contractor engagement.1.3 This service is consultative only and does not constitute a full interior design, procurement, or project management package.
2. What’s Included
2.1 Unlimited Online Guidance
You may submit an unlimited number of design-related queries during the 2-week period, subject to fair usage.2.2 Professional Design Advice
Guidance may include, but is not limited to:
- Space planning and layout direction
- Colour palettes and material finishes
- Furniture selection guidance
- Lighting concepts and styling direction
- Design coherence and aesthetic clarity
2.3 Review of Materials
We may review drawings, plans, reference images, mood boards, or selections provided by you and offer professional feedback.2.4 Remote Delivery Only
All guidance is provided remotely via email, video calls, or messaging platforms. No site visits or in-person consultations are included.
3. What’s Not Included
3.1 No Design Deliverables
This service does not include:
- CAD drawings
- Technical drawings
- 3D renders
- FF&E schedules
- Joinery or bespoke drawings
3.2 No Procurement or Trade Discounts
We do not source products, place orders, or provide access to trade pricing under this service.3.3 No Contractor or Supplier Coordination
We do not liaise with builders, contractors, or suppliers on your behalf.3.4 No Project Management
This service does not include timelines, cost control, site supervision, or execution oversight.
4. Service Scope & Fair Use
4.1 The guidance is intended for general design clarity, not full-room or multi-room design development.4.2 We reserve the right to recommend an upgrade if the scope becomes extensive or requires detailed design work.4.3 Advice is limited to the information provided by the client. Accuracy of outcomes depends on the completeness and accuracy of client-supplied details.
5. Fees & Payment
5.1 The fee for the 2-Week Professional Interior Design Guidance service is £375, payable in full upfront.5.2 The service period begins only after payment has been received and confirmed.5.3 This is a one-off service and does not auto-renew.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 Due to the digital and time-bound nature of this service, all sales are final once the service period has commenced.6.2 A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided no guidance or consultation has been delivered.6.3 No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or reduced engagement during the 2-week period.6.4 If we are unable to deliver the service due to circumstances on our end, we will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled service period
7. Communication & Response Times
7.1 We aim to respond to queries within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).7.2 Complex queries may require additional review time; however, we will communicate expected timelines clearly.7.3 Response times are guidance-based and not guaranteed for urgent or same-day requests.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
8.1 All guidance provided is advisory and based on professional experience and industry standards.8.2 Final decisions, implementation, and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client.8.3 Oraanj Interior Design is not liable for:
- Financial loss
- Design dissatisfaction
- Construction issues
- Supplier or contractor performance
arising from decisions made using our guidance.
9. Upgrades & Further Services
9.1 Clients may choose to upgrade to a structured design or full-service package at any time.9.2 Fees paid for the 2-Week Guidance service are not transferable or deductible from future packages unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1 Oraanj Interior Design reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.10.2 Any material changes will apply only to future purchases and not to services already in progress.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing the 2-Week Professional Interior Design Guidance service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. For any clarification, clients are advised to contact us before completing the purchase.
